Payment & Delivery

1. Payment Methods

  • All payments must be made through the WooCommerce checkout system on retrogoldshop.com.

  • Available payment options include those supported by WooCommerce (such as credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other integrated gateways).

  • We do not accept cash, checks, money orders, or payments outside the WooCommerce system.

  • Orders are processed only after payment has been received in full.


2. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

    1. Weight of the item(s)

    2. Destination address

    3. Shipping method chosen

  • Product prices do not include shipping costs.

  • Shipping fees are displayed before order confirmation.

  • RetroGold does not mark up shipping rates. Customers pay the actual shipping cost as provided by carriers.


3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship both domestically and internationally.

  • Orders are typically dispatched within the processing time stated at checkout.

  • Delivery times vary by destination, carrier, and method selected. RetroGold is not responsible for carrier delays or customs processing times.


4. International Orders & Customs

  • We provide complete and accurate customs documentation for all international orders.

  • RetroGold will not falsify customs forms under any circumstance.

  • The purchaser is solely responsible for any import duties, taxes, tariffs, or fees imposed by their local government or customs authority.

  • If an order is refused due to unpaid customs charges, shipping fees are non-refundable.


5. Risk of Loss

  • All items are shipped with tracking.

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the carrier has accepted the package.

  • Customers should contact the carrier directly for delivery issues once an order has shipped.
